Saifur's Career Point: A Scalable EdTech Platform

This project involved developing a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) and corporate landing page for one of Bangladesh’s leading educational institutions. The platform is designed to manage a massive student base, offering resources ranging from SSC/HSC academic programs to professional skill development. The goal was to digitize a 20-year legacy, making expert faculty and "Modern Teaching Methods" accessible to students nationwide through a high-performance web interface.

Saifur's Career Point: A Scalable EdTech Platform
Overview

Career Point S@ifur’s is one of Bangladesh’s established training institutions, with two decades of classroom teaching and a catalogue that runs from Spoken English and IELTS preparation through AutoCAD, graphic design and web development to BCS Preliminary and primary teacher recruitment coaching.

The brief was to take that reach online without diluting it: a learning platform and public site that could carry fifteen-plus programmes, a large student base, and an enrolment path that works for someone arriving from a search result rather than walking into a branch.

It is built on Next.js and TypeScript over Node and PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS. Most of the audience arrives on mid-range Android handsets over mobile data, so performance was a requirement rather than an optimisation pass: the page that takes eight seconds to load is the enrolment that does not happen.

What we did
01

A catalogue that spans real ranges

Language training, IELTS preparation, technical skills and competitive exam coaching in one structure, without forcing unrelated programmes into a single template.

02

Enrolment designed for the web

A path from search result to registration that does not assume the student has already been to a branch.

03

Built for mid-range Android

Performance treated as a requirement, since the platform is mostly reached over mobile data on modest hardware.

Result

Two decades of classroom teaching made reachable nationwide, with the institution’s faculty and programme structure carried onto a platform built to grow with the student base rather than be replaced by it.
